Started my career at Square Roots farming greens vertically & hydroponically, which subsequently evolved into farming gourmet mushrooms. I now own & operate a small scale mushroom farm located in New York, selling to restaurants, farmers markets & home delivery. I began in 2016, and have learned quite a bit since then. My expertise lies in growing mushrooms, building a business, finding & expanding relevant markets & scaling.
